Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

FF Store believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore established a structured cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Order Cancellations

  • Standard Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): Cancellations will be considered and eligible for a full refund only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been processed and initiated for shipping.

  • Late Cancellation (After 48 Hours): If a cancellation request is initiated after 48 hours from the time of order placement, a 75% cancellation fee will be strictly deducted from the total order value. Only the remaining balance will be refunded, as packaging, manpower, and processing costs have already been incurred by this time.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • FF Store does not accept cancellation or return requests for specific non-returnable items (such as perishable goods, customized items, or direct digital assets).

  • However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same immediately to our Customer Service team at connectwithgarena@gmail.com.

  • This issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products. The request will be entertained once our merchant team has checked and determined the defect at their own end.

4. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Once an order is processed and dispatched, standard delivery will take 7 to 14 days to reach your designated shipping address.

5. Refund Processing

  • In case of any refunds approved by FF Store, the refund will be processed and credited back to the customer's original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5-7 working days.
