Shipping and Delivery Policy

At FF Store, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across India every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped and is handed over to our courier partners.

  • Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Since we curate and source products through our dropshipping network to give you the best prices, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: Once your order is processed and dispatched, it will take 7 to 14 days to reach your designated address.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable).

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, public holidays, or carrier-specific issues.

3. Multiple Packages If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to get them to you as quickly as possible. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's tracking portal.

5. In-Transit Cancellations & Chargebacks As stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, if a payment dispute or chargeback is filed while the order is in transit, we will immediately halt the shipment. The package will be intercepted and returned to our facility (RTO), and the item will not be delivered to you until the dispute is legally resolved.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

  • For items that arrive damaged, please contact our support team at connectwithgarena@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
